NHL and Basketball Playoffs are Happening Now
The NHL playoffs are in full swing with plenty of hard hits and supercharged games. 2015 has proven to be an exciting year for the NHL with many playoff series going the full seven games. There has even been some double and triple overtime thrillers.
The Stanley Cup Finals begin today on NBC, CBC and TVA Sports and you do not need to have an NHL package to watch if you have an antennae. If the preliminary series are any indication, the finals should be high scoring and action packed between the Chicago Blackhawks and Tampa Bay Lighting.

Will LeBron James add another NBA Championship to his growing legacy with his original team the Cleveland Cavaliers or will the Golden State Warriors led by league MVP Stephen Curry be the newest champions. Kick Up Some Excitement with Soccer
Nothing polarizes people like World Cup soccer. College football fans have nothing on the fans cheering for their countries in the World Cup. The best part is you can watch it from the air-conditioned comfort of your living room mancave.
If you don’t want to miss a moment of the action, many cable providers offer viewing packages that allow you to see every minute of every game. With controversy and criminal charges looming against President Sepp Blatter this year in the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) this year’s women’s World Cup in Canada should exhibit extreme emotions by players and fans alike. After the World Cup, if you want more soccer, don’t worry, there is still plenty to watch in the outdoor season.
On June 6, the 2014/15 UEFA Champions League final pits Juventus against FC Barcelona at Berlin’s Olympiastadion. Fans throughout Europe and the rest of the world are sure to be glued to TV sets, smartphones and tablets in order watch the breathtaking 90 minutes of championship football.

You can’t reference summer sports and leave out baseball. With your favorite team playing 162 games in the regular season, you may find it to be a daunting task to catch all the games. Now imagine the MLB subscription available from cable providers or the MLBAM At Bat app and you may never sleep during the summer because games air all the time or on demand. Golf Airs all Summer Long
The PGA Tour has been full of excitement so far. With young players winning some big events and past champions not faring so well, it definitely looks as if the youth movement is on this year with Rory McIIroy, Jordan Spieth and Ricky Fowler winning recently. Triple Crown History
The last leg of the Triple Crown at Belmont Park can be viewed on NBC and Live Extra if you want to see real-time history in the making by American Pharaoh as he attempts to become the first thoroughbred horse since Affirmed in 1978 to win the Kentucky Derby, Preakness and Belmont Stakes trifecta. His 3-5 odds are relatively good for trainer Bob Baffert and jockey Victor Espinosa to pull of this epic 1.5 mile winner.
