RealResponse Announces Expansion of Its Safe, Secure Feedback Platform Beyond Athletics To Large College Communities; Clemson First School To Join

Clemson became the first Division I school to offer the RealResponse feedback, monitoring and anonymous reporting platform to all University students, faculty and staff. The administration’s decision to expand the award-winning digital product core offering after becoming an early adopter in 2016 gives this institution of higher learning a first of its kind, all-inclusive reporting program for Tiger Nation. This new arrangement announced today by the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) charter member is campus-wide. RealResponse is located in Charlotte, NC and was founded in 2015 then underwent expansion in 2020. The Sport Techie community blog has covered the software company’s other athletic-specific partnerships the past couple years such as USA Fencing. The entire Clemson University community located in South Carolina added another, proactive layer of trusted reporting procedures to their existing modes of expression and compliance through RealResponse’s online platform that allows for real-time reporting, surveys, and as a document repository.

“Encouraging and implementing safe environments for everyone at Clemson is an utmost priority for us, and this platform helps Clemson support those endeavors,” said Tracy Arwood, chief ethics and compliance officer and associate vice president at Clemson University. “The addition of RealResponse to Clemson’s existing reporting channels provides yet another option to encourage the reporting of misconduct by ensuring that people have a variety of pathways to make a report.”

RealResponse’s Onboard Communities

RealResponse is partnered with more than 100 colleges and universities, the Denver Broncos and Kansas City Chiefs of the NFL, and the NFLPA, USADA and NWSL, along with several member clubs, and a growing number of governing bodies including USA Track and Field, USA Swimming, and USA Gymnastics. This commitment gives access to some 150,000 athletes and staff to proprietary technology designed to anonymously share feedback and concerns in a safe and secure manner.

“While our work in athletics continues to grow and expand with National Governing Bodies, teams, leagues, colleges and universities, having the opportunity to now work with the entire universe of students, faculty and staff at Clemson will give us the ability to exponentially assist literally thousands of others,” said David Chadwick, RealResponse founder and CEO. “We are proud that Clemson, a longtime advocate and supporter of our platform, is again first-in as a campus-wide partner and we expect other schools to follow.”

Clemson’s expansion adds to RealResponse’s other sport-specific partnerships with Major League Baseball, USA Swimming, and many others in recent months. Additional partnerships with international organizations, colleges and professional sports properties are expected in 2022 making this a key growth year for the innovative company. In addition to secure and anonymous reporting, the company offers the ability to benchmark these metrics to peer and national averages to identify areas of competitive advantage and vulnerability.

Sports Techie, Clemson’s football team is 8-0 and ranked number five in the latest Associated Press poll with a single first place vote. Their next game in Saturday, Nov 5, 2022 at 7:30 pm EST against Notre Dame broadcasting on NBC and the Peacock OTT streaming service.

Former Clemson star quarterback and number one NFL draft pick, Trevor Lawrence, is one of my favorite Tigers alumni since he played high school football here in Georgia at Cartersville HS. Lawrence was drafted in the 2021 draft so he had some access to RealReponse’s solution.

Today and into the future, all Clemson students, faculty and staff, plus alumni and campus guests, can access the full RealResponse solution as needed.

What college or perhaps entire Conference will be next?
