Golden 1 Center Panasonic USA Facebook Live at Sacramento Kings Game Hosted By The Sports Techie

I am hosting a Facebook Live at the Golden 1 Center from the Panasonic USA Facebook page this Friday, November 17, 2017 for the Sacramento Kings versus the Portland Trail Blazers game at 7:30 p.m. PT to discuss the technologies driving the ultimate fan experience.  The Sports Techie community blog readers and followers can follow the Live video and hashtag #PanasonicMovesUs as I bring you a behind-the-scenes look at the sports tech fueled venue thanks to Panasonic and other like-minded, innovative corporate business partners of the league’s oldest franchise. Decision-makers and fans can both learn more about how the Kings are bringing immersive entertainment fan experiences to the next level while engaging with our Live streaming on the social media platform.

Facebook Live Friday At Golden 1 Center Where The Kings Game Is Never Out of Sight – Sports Techie blog.

Golden 1 Center

Panasonic and the Kings partnered last season to install the first 4K Ultra HD center-hung video board in the NBA at Golden 1 Center as well as earning the first LEED Platinum Designation at an indoor venue.

Scores, highlights and engaging fan activities can be seen on the massive crystal clear LED display that boosts the highest resolution screens in the league making it four times better than your home 1080p HD TV which excites sponsors to no end. More than 32 million pixels power the four screens enabling a bird’s eye view of the action, moments and memories sure to impress hardcore and casual basketball fans alike.

Sacramento Kings’ 4K Video Boards by Panasonic Are the NBA’s Largest

Located in the heart of downtown Sacramento with a seating capacity of 17,500, each hoops fan at the $500 million multi-use sport and entertainment facility designed by AECOM, no matter where they sit in the NBA’s most technologically advanced venue, enjoys the colossal screen’s basket-to-basket imagery, clarity, LED lighting and robust colors, fans across the United States and around the world wish they had at their favorite teams home stadium.

When you have 84 feet of width and 24’ of height provided by a sports tech enhanced center hung video board complimenting 1,500 feet of LED ribbon screens placed around Golden1 Center’s bowl working in sequence with the Panasonic Content Delivery System located inside the venue’s Data Room, delivery of content, video and photos is as good as it gets in the industry. Add in two custom LED entrance signage standing 25’ tall and 700 Pro Monitors positioned throughout the venue and you get 13,000 total square feet of installed LED products inside and outside Golden 1 Center.

Sports Techie, I look forward to seeing the largest scoreboard in the NBA bust out 4K custom displays, real-time stats and social media posts like Instagram photos generated by fans. The plaza entrance starts off the fan experience right via the two large LED boards as you enter the arena. The upper and lower fascia LED screens augment Golden1 Center’s original content. The 700 HD flat-panel screens installed around the concourses, suites and clubs enable any fan to stay connected to the live action, in-game promotions and special entertainment no matter where located in the building. All this proprietary Panasonic technology is integrated into Golden1’s control room.

Kings owner Vivek Ranadivé has an impressive background in technology. His business and academic backgrounds are truly as impressive as the tech at Golden 1 Center.

Thanks to visionary Kings leadership, Panasonic’s cool tech and a fan base that enjoys attending the Golden 1 Center fan-friendly and digitally-driven atmosphere, this fan experience partnership seems to be a win-win-win for all.

Watching the Kings play on home entertainment centers simply cannot match this unique in-venue fan experience.

Be sure to log in to the Panasonic USA Facebook page this Friday, 11/17 to find out more, here – https://www.facebook.com/Panasonic/

Talk to you all on Friday evening!
