Dallas wins Super Bowl LIX in Strat-O-Matic Pro Football Simulation

Dallas finished at 12-5, first in the NFC East and second best in the entire league, and went on to win the pro football championship, as Strat-O-Matic, the market leader in sports simulations, revealed its 2024 simulation of the full season and playoffs. Powered by official averages and stats with exclusive Strat-O ratings, and enhanced by hundreds of hours of unique Strat-O research and statistical analysis, the Super Bowl champions reveal is almost like money in the bank, I repeat, almost. The Sports Techie community blog shared Strat’s most recent NHL Stanley Cup predictions won by the Panthers over the Oilers, as well as their last NBA championship sims prediction of the Celtics to defeat the Mavs in five games. For the record, Strat did miss out on the World Series sim winner last season by predicting the Yankees to win it all. Cowboys over the Chiefs looks like a pretty good prediction after the week one results. See Strat-O-Matic Football Current Edition Game.

NFL Regular Season Predictions

Below is the 2024 regular season predictions by the Strat-O sims.

Notice the AFC East Jets make the wildcard meaning QB Aaron Rogers has a healthy and productive season as well as their vaunted defense. The Eagles, however, suffer through a somewhat surprising losing season after looking so good week one against the Packers down in Brazil. Did the sim know Packers QB Jordan Love would suffer a strained MCL putting him out maybe 4 weeks leading to a possible 8-9 season. Crazy data-driven stuff, eh.

No question, the AFC North is a possible juggernaut after the Ravens win it. Not sure if and how the Browns and Bengals can rebound after losing so badly week one, respectively. The Steelers just win know how to under Coach Tomlin even with a shaky QB situation.

Surprising to Falcons fans that watched them lose to the Pittsburgh yesterday, Atlanta is predicted to win the NFC South despite perhaps starting the season 0-3 or even 0-4.

Can the Bears really ride an improbable win yesterday over the Titans after a very public training camp captured on HBO Max, Hard Knocks, to a playoffs wildcard berth.

Shocking to see the Bears then knock out the the NFC South winners and top seeded team 49ers in a Divisional matchup game.

My Seattle Seahawks need a new championship caliber quarterback to go with the new Head Coach and a 7-10 record might get them a top 5 pick to do just that at the next draft.

Sports Techie, this year’s Strat-O-Matic NFL season sims finds the Chiefs, looking to be the first franchise in history to win a third straight Super Bowl, squeak into the playoffs with a 9-8 record and a wildcard berth. Their first game versus the Ravens on TNF last week to open the season was a peak at Kansas City’s real shot at winning SB LIX after defeating the tough and equally determined Ravens in a nailbiter of a win.

The Cowboys announced the signing of quarterback Dak Prescott to a league leading contact yesterday and then the team looked poised and ready to maybe win another Super Bowl for owner Jerry Jones after destroying the Browns, in hopes of lifting the curse of Jimmy Johnson who was the last Head Coach to win the Lombardi Trophy for Dallas.

Here is to to a 2024 NFL season for the ages, meaning let’s go Chiefs for a historical Super Bowl three-peat, Taylor Swift and all!
