Mission Apolo Is Built By Chocolate Milk And Ready For Kona IRONMAN World Championship

The IRONMAN World Championship Built by Chocolate Milk series with Apolo Ohno and last year with Hines Ward, is a true testament to the recovery power of this delicious choco liquid drink and these aging athletes. I enjoyed blogging about their training habits, sports technology and build up to this Big Island event. Unfortunately, our Sports Techie community blog Q &A request to fellow Seattleite Ohno was again denied by the former speed skating world champion so we wish him and teammates, Jen Ator the best come Saturday.

There's only one stop left on their Mission Apolo journey – race days 2.4 mike swim, 112 miles of cycling and 26.2 mile run, all in under 17 hours.

THE Sports Techie Online Community.

THE Sports Techie Online Community is 3,000 – 1,500 – 500. What does that mean? Those are the statistics that make up the social media numbers of our engaged Sports Techie online community. Sports Techie today consists of my web site blog, plus 3,000 Twitter friends, 1,500 Facebook page Likes, and 500 Linkedin Group members. Sports Techie is also part of Google+, Youtube, Flicker, Myspace and Klout. One Year of Sports Techie and Twitter

Year One
One year and over 30,000 tweets ago, I started tweeting at @sportstechieNET and let me tell you, it has made a huge difference in my life. I have learned so much about the world, our divine spirits and the guiding light in everything. Love not hate is the way people. Ask your faithful animal, he or she will tell you the same. This Sports Techie blog is to pay my respects to my followers, friends and anyone else who reads my tweets. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and soul.

It would be nice to talk about each one my 2,000 plus friends and followers but that’s impossible. I will give props though to everyone for all the retweets, mentions, conversations and so on. No way in heaven I can do that all in one page here...

Twitter treated Sports Techie like Egypt – no X&0

Suspended Twitter Account
I luv xxx and ooo’s, both real Love and the Sports game-planning kind but what happened to me could happen to you.

@sportstechieNET has been suspended from Twitter since January 28, 2011 at approximately 10:30 PM PST.

My first thought was to our fellow Earthmates, the Egyptians, who must feel as violated right now as I do. This must be how Professional athletes feel as well when they get suspended from their Leagues with no due diligence and are eventually found to be in the right. Heard on Friday night that 300 percent of technical fouls called by NBA officials have been rescinded by the league since last year after later video review and interviews...
